In order to finalize sales transaction at this website, every client is asked to agree and accept terms defined below. It is recommended to read terms presented here.
- Interpretation & definitions
Rage Craft is the name of our website and is registered under following Tax ID: 8882908130 in Poland with the address: Jana Michala Hubego 7/10 (Street), 87-100 (Post Code), Torun (City)
In terms defined here following phrases may occur, for instance, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Rage Craft; “you”, “your” or “customer” refers to any individual who intends to purchase products presented at the website or purchase products at the website.
There is only English version available for described terms for the customer.
- Purchase & order process
The copy of the terms described here is not attached to your order in any form (neither via email nor hardcopy) therefore you are asked to read the terms stated here on regular basis as they can be changed few times in a given year.
Products, promotions and prices presented at the website have advertising role. In order to finalize sales transaction that results in order for us, we have to accept it and then the customer is bound by the terms and conditions stated in section “Terms of sale”. The acceptance of order it based on the procedure described as follows:
3.1. you must select and add any products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout;
3.2. if you are a new customer, you can create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details;
3.3. once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale;
3.4. you will be transferred to the Payment website/page, and PayPal or other method will handle your payment;
3.5. we will then send you an initial confirmation;
3.6. once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order or your goods will be dispatched with an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract as the point of dispatch is the point of sale).

- Price & payment
All our products have prices presented at the website. In case of placing the order for a product the client might be asked for additional fees, for instance, shipment costs etc. All such costs will be presented in the summary of total cost of order during the final phase of transaction i.e. just before the payment.
The prices presented at our website include all value added taxes (where applicable).
Any costs related to local customs are not included in our product pricing or other costs. These costs must be handled directly by the customer and his/her local customs’ offices (if applicable).
In case of any incorrect pricing information provided at the website, we will correct and update it.
In order for us to execute the order, the client must first make the payment. When the transaction is confirmed we prepare the order and ship to the client.
Prices for our products might be changed at any time yet it will not affect orders that have been placed and are under process of shipment.
- Your warranties
You warrant to us that:
5.1. you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale.
5.2. the information provided in your order is accurate and complete; This includes address details. Should you pay by a method that stores an address then it is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided to us.
5.3. you will be able to accept delivery of the products.
5.4. you are at least 18 years of age.
- Shipment & delivery policy
The products will be collected, packed and delivered to the address provided in your order. Your address must be correct or else we will bear no responsibility for any loss for an incomplete address.
The shipment will be done up to 7 days after placing the order and making the payment.
This rule does not apply to products purchased as PRE ORDERS. Pre ordered products will be shipped as soon as the product is officially released i.e. up to 30 days from launching the PRE ORDER purchasing possibility.
We cannot guarantee delivery by the specific date as this depends on the location where the order is being shipped. Occasionally the shipment might be under the control of customs upon which we do not have any control or influence.
We confirm that all deliveries of products should be done no longer than 30 working days of shipment notication received from us.
If the shipment company makes a delivery attempt and a cost is incurred to us by a customer’s failure to arrange redelivery or collection of a package, then you accept that we may pass the delivery charge. Also if asked to cancel/refund the order the costs incurred for the original delivery and return will not be refunded (following a failed delivery).
If an order has been shipped and not received, you should inform us within 30 working days from confirmation of order (average time for courier services / airmail / postal services). After this period we may resend package at our discretion.
In case of sales transactions done by PayPal we kindly ask for informing us in a first place before opening a dispute. Our priority is customer’s satisfaction that is why to react faster we prefer such approach in case of any dispute. PayPal buyer’s protection policy would hold our finance account that blocks our possibility to help you in the best way.
All the orders are posted from Poland and shipped by Polish Post using the following type of service:
Registered Priority Mail – our standard & most common shipping option it includes tracking service. The tracking number will be added to your order status. You can trace your order here: http://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en
When the order leaves Poland to enter your country you should be able to trace it at your local postal service website provided that your postal service has such option.
Delivery time is around up to 14 business (working) days for Europe and 10-30 for rest of the world (the process includes customs). Prices depend on the region:
- Europe (including Russia): 5,50 EUR (up to 300g); 8 EUR (above 300g)
- North America & Africa: 5,50 EUR (up to 300g); 8 EUR (above 300g)
- South - Latin America & Asia: 5,50 EUR (up to 300g); 8 EUR (above 300g)
- Australia: 5,50 EUR (up to 300g); 8 EUR (above 300g)
- Poland: 2,50 EUR (up to 300g); 8 EUR (above 300g)
If you are interested in other delivery times (faster) we may propose you different carrier or other options than provided here. In such situation please contact us via email, we may provide you specific costs according to your region. Such additional costs will be covered by the customer.
- Customer Support
In case of problems you can contact our staff by email at email@example.com. Please provide the following information in your email:
7.1 order number
7.2 date of purchase
7.3 contact data i.e.: full name, email
8. Risk & ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you after:
8.1 delivery of the products; and
8.2 receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges).
We will be entitled to recover payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.
- Cancellation period
The Customer can cancel an order via email or phone using the store's contact information. An order already sent by mail cannot be cancelled. The notification about an order shipment will be sent to the customer via email.
To make a return, the Customer must contact the store staff via email and send the products to the company's address. Refunds are done by the store via wire transfer to the designated bank account, or PayPal. The refund is processed within 5 working days once we will receive the products from the Customer.
Refunds will be done after reviewing the Customer's request and accepting the complaint (see point 13 "Complaint procedures").
With the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer gives consent for the store owner to process their personal data in accordance with Act of August 29, 1997 on personal data protection (Official Journal No 101, 2002, Item 926, as amended), essential for service rendering and marketing purposes. The Sender reserves the right to access and correct their personal data.
12. Final provisions
12. 1. In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product are applicable.
12.2. Disputes in relation to consumers arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions and the performance of contracts shall be considered by the court of competent jurisdiction according to the provisions on jurisdiction, and in accordance with the Act of November 17, 1964 Code of Civil Procedure (Official Journal No 43, Item 296, as amended).
12.3 The store owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions provided that the changes applicable to the consumer shall not apply to services being performed, and will be effective 30 days after the customer is informed electronically.
13. Complaint procedures
13.1 The Customer is asked to contact us by email or phone in order to determine the further course of action in case of a complaint, return or replacement of the purchased products.
13.2 In case of finding by a Customer a product that is defective or damaged in a way not mentioned in the product's description at our store website, the Customer should contact us by email or phone to decide how to proceed.
13.3 Complaints that are related to mechanical damage must contain the necessary data for its consideration. These are the order number, the description of the subject of complaint, and photographs of the defective product (including the parcel’s picture).
13.4 If the product received by the Customer becomes damaged during the shipment it may be returned by the Customer by sending it to the store's address, once we were informed about such issue and it is confirmed by us.
13.5 In the event of complaint the cost of returning and sending the products should be taken by the products' seller.
13.6 If a complaint is accepted, the store exchanges the damaged product for a new one, or, if this method of handling the complaint is not possible, refunds the amount paid by the Customer.
13.7 The Customer can return the purchased goods (withdraw from the contract) within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving a reason.
